Who we are

Behind Izimark there are attorneys and granted trademarks

We are not a middleman forwarding forms. Every application is signed and filed by an attorney licensed in the country where it is registered, and the work we show is granted and can be checked in the register.

Where we come from

Izimark did not start with this website

Izimark grew out of TusMarcas, a Guatemalan trademark practice that had spent years filing cases before the Guatemalan Intellectual Property Registry. The trademarks shown below came from there: they are granted, and they were filed by the same team that runs Izimark today.

Alongside it, we built what was missing: a network of correspondent attorneys across Latin America — established firms in each country, each with its own track record, not filing agents. That network has been operating for years and is the one that signs every application today, under the direction of its current partners.

What we add is the part that never existed: a fixed price in plain sight, a case file where the client sees every stage and every deadline, and an AI assistant that answers free of charge, in Spanish or English, before anyone pays anything. The legal work is still done by attorneys. What changes is everything else.

How we work

A local attorney, a single point of contact

You talk to Izimark. Izimark talks to the relevant trademark office, through the licensed attorney in that country. If you register in several countries, they are handled from a single case file.
